Chef Richard McMillen
Chef Richard McMillen, born in upstate New York, Hudson River Valley, found a passion for cooking with his mother at the age of 8. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, he became the executive chef at the Gault House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. After 26 years in the hotel business, Chef McMillen moved his expertise into the Senior Living industry. Fortunately his family lives nearby and he has lived in Greenville/ Wilmington/Emerald Isle so we were able to bring his culinary expertise in-house.
